Η σειρά-φαινόμενο του HBO που σάρωσε στα νούμερα τηλεθέασης τα τελευταία χρόνια, κατέχει ήδη το ρεκόρ των Βραβείων, με 47 συνολικά, για τις 7 προηγούμενες σεζόν του. Πλέον, κατέχει και το ρεκόρ υποψηφιοτήτων με 32 συνολικά!
Στην κατηγορία Καλύτερης Δραματικής Σειράς θα αναμετρηθεί με τα Better Call Saul, The Bodyguard, Killing Eve, Ozark, Pose, Succession και This Is Us ενώ οι δημιουργοί της τελευταίας σεζόν, Benioff και Weiss διεκδικήσουν βραβείο σκηνοθεσίας και σεναρίου για το φινάλε της.
